    2.2. Students must verify that their handwritten notes are free from any copyrighted content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, or identifiers of companies, organizations, or coaching centers.

    2.3. Brandtastic Hub disclaims liability for copyright infringements in user-submitted content. Students acknowledge their responsibility for any infringement issues and agree to indemnify Brandtastic Hub from any legal claims, damages, or actions arising from submitted content.

    2.4. Brandtastic Hub’s services are exclusively for printing handwritten notes from students. Orders containing copyrighted material will be canceled immediately, and customers will be informed. No order with copyrighted content will be processed to uphold copyright compliance.

    2.5. Brandtastic Hub is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from user-submitted content. Ensuring copyright compliance is solely the responsibility of users (students and vendors). Our terms of service also protect Brandtastic Hub from legal liability arising from such submissions.

    5.3. Acceptance of Terms: Before printing and processing the notes, students must confirm acceptance of our terms. Brandtastic Hub assumes no liability for copyright infringement in student-submitted content.

    5.4. Printing and Shipping: Upon terms acceptance, Brandtastic Hub prints the handwritten notes and ships them to students through our delivery service.
